• Passed Appetizers: Bacon-wrapped Scallops, remoulade sauce; Artichoke Beignets, dijon aioli
• Salad: Fairway Salad (Bibb lettuce, oranges, gorgonzola, candied pecans, poached pear, honey-balsamic vinaigrette) 
• Choice of Entree:
• Red Wine Braised Short Ribs (served with creamy polenta, roasted tomatoes, green beans, crispy onions, horseradish gremolata)  ~OR~
• Pan-Roasted Salmon (served with slow-cooked leeks and potatoes with white wine and cream, crispy baby artichokes red wine sauce)  ~OR~
• Vegetarian Roasted Cauliflower Steak (served with warm grain salad, parmesan broth)
• Dessert: (Lemon Mousse Cake - Meyer lemon purée and pine nut brittle)

• Personal wine may be brought for a $16 corkage fee per bottle. (payable with RSVP) Includes table wine.
